Of course, not all women fit into the categories above right; however, the “Izzy Experience” has chosen these three hard-to-fit body types to illustrate how we can make all pregnant wome look beautiful in maternity clothes, regardless of their shape, size or body type.

Tall and Curvy
Model: Saree
Saree is wearing an extra long shell by Shade Maternity to cover her long torso, and she is wearing the Amsterdam wrap by Noppies over the shell. This wrap emphasizes the smaller areas of her body by highlighting her upper torso and thin arms. In addition, the wrap can act as a minimizer for women with a large bust. It also adds extra lift to the bust as well.
To match this casual look, she is wearing Olian stretch denim jeans that fit under the belly. Because she is tall, we used a longer cut pant as well as a fabric with stretch to fit and compliment her curves.

Saree has on one of the most popular tops in our stores, the classic Kimono top by Olian. This top looks good on any body type. For Saree, it is long enough to cover her torso, and the skinny sleeve flatters her arms. Also, the v-neck cut works better for her than a crew neck top because it frames her chest nicely. The customer must remember to add a solution piece or cami-like top under this top for a work appropriate look.
Her top is then matched with our most popular trousers, which are made by Noppies. Once again, this trouser works on every body type. It is extra long, so it fits well on a tall woman. However, the pants can be altered for a short to medium height woman. The pants can be worn above or below the belly, and they are adjustable. These pants are fitted around the butt and thighs and finish with a conservative bootleg.

For Saree’s special occasion look, we decided to a two piece outfit. Often two pieces can be more flattering than a dress because they break up the outfit. She is wearing a front gather top by Olian. The front gather and V-neck of this top compliment her bust line rather than restrict her bust like a typical empire-cut look. In addition, the skinny sleeves and fitted top are very flattering to her hourglass shape.
This top is paired with wide leg jersey pants by Olian. These pants can be worn above or below the belly, and they are extremely comfortable. A wide leg pant is especially ideal for taller women.
As a result, the combination of a fitted top and voluminous pants works nicely for Saree’s body type.
